Do all words need to be capitalised in English headings?
The rules for the design of titles and other text elements of scientific papers are regulated in the style guide specified by the journal editors. However, in most publication styles, each of the main words in the title is capitalised, with the exception of articles, prepositions, conjunctions, etc.: “Application of Raman Spectroscopy in Biomedical Research".
